Two Algerian TikTok influencers arrested in France on charges of inciting violence

Two Algerian men have been arrested in France following allegations they published posts inciting violence on social media platform TikTok. The arrests come amid strained relations between France and its former colony, in the wake of the arrest of French-Algerian novelist Boualem Sansal, and France’s support of Moroccan sovereignty over Western Sahara.
