Police said the suspects entered the home, brandished the firearm, and demanded money from two occupants who were inside. The suspects stole items before they fled the scene to be picked up by a third person at a nearby location.

Investigators said they believe that the suspects and victims were known to each other.

Police arrested two suspects later that day in the 1200 block of Albert Road. A third suspect was arrested the next day in the 800 block of Villaire Avenue.

Three men — ages 35, 38, and 55 — face charges related to break-and-enter and robbery with a weapon; pointing a firearm and uttering threats to cause bodily harm.

The 38-year-old was additionally charged with possession of a firearm while prohibited and breach of probation. The 55-year-old also faces an additional charge for failing to comply with a release order.
