Kamoot says: “You need a good level of fitness required. You may need to push your bike for some segments of this route.

“The starting point of the route is right next to a parking lot.”

The ride goes from Sandy Lane to Boars Hill on to Swinford Toll Bridge and down Moreton Lane.

This route has “cycling highlights” pinned as the River Thames path and St Mary’s Church in Fawley, Bucks.

It’s classed as an easy bike ride with a relative level of fitness required, as it takes just over five hours in total to complete.

Another expert route, that could take around five hours unless broken down into segments.

You can take in the sights of the charming Cotswold villages Chipping Norton, Winchcombe and Chipping Campden.

The Lavender fields in Moreton-in-Marsh are a highlight too – which should be in bloom in the coming weeks.
